The Two Mile Run

One day I ran two miles on the treadmill. I took a break between each mile. It took me about twenty five minutes; about twelve minutes on the first mile and about thirteen minutes on the second mile. I was very tired at the end.

Sunrise Stampede

Today I ran the Sunrise Stampede. It was 2 miles long I almost ran the whole. Thing I was in 290th place; there was 1000 people in it. Only 8 7 year olds beat me

it was fun. At the end I got ice cream

Tae Kwon Do

at taekwondo class which my mom taught we started off going to different dots if she said red we went to a red dot (there was only one red dot) if she said 2 we would go to a dot with a two on it then we did the strenth form I dont remember it.

today I ran 400 meters in 2.5 minutes and stoped at a park for 10 minutes, then I ran 50 meters in 18 seconds then I walked home in ? minutes and went throuh a sprinkler.(on accedent)
